Welcome to Longdog Impressions. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping of products ordered from our website.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Custom Order will vary depend on each project. Typically it will take 3~5 business days upon approval of mockup. However, final lead-time might still vary subject to each project. Please contact us for further detail.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- We offer several shipping options for your convenience, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Carriers we use are either USPS, FedEx, UPS or selected freight carrier depend on the load of each shipment.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the selected shipping method and destination. When quality for free shipping, it will only be offered in ground service.
- Free shipping over $50 applies ONLY to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will incur additional charges. Please contact us for details on shipping costs outside the lower 48 states.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within USA. For packages that are shipped via FedEx or UPS, PO Box address will not be delivered.
- For orders shipping to locations outside of USA, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate delivery date.
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
- Different items will be shipped out from different locations. Typically transit time is from 1~5 business days and vary between different carriers.
Order Status Updates
- You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order, including order confirmation, shipment confirmation, and delivery confirmation.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations can only be made within 4 hours from the time the order is received. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but not guarantee after 4 hours.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Items
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no additional cost. Photos assistance might be requested to expedite the process.
